Ariadne had arranged a peaceful, quiet life she for herself after the Fischer job. And then he showed up. All smiles and charm that sent her head in a frenzy. It seemed like every time he was in town, he would visit her and she would be conveniently available. She knew the kind of work he was still involved in and the risks that came with it. But she didn't think that he would be under surveillance or that anyone would notice his infrequent visits to Paris. 

But someone had found out about her. Someone had been in her apartment and was looking for something other than money. They even went to the trouble of leaving her a note. A friendly enough note to try and inspire her to come out of retirement. That sickeningly sweet kind of note that felt like it was laced with cobra venom. They wanted an Architect. 

She called the only person she could think of.

"I know." He wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "He's a psychopath."

She leaned her head against his shoulder as tears of anger began welling up in her eyes. "How can I get rid of him Arthur?" her voice was starting to waver. "I get the feeling he's just going to keep coming after me until I say yes."

He was silent for a moment, not sure if he should offer. "I...I can hire someone to take care of him." And by take care of him, well.

"I-I don't know how I feel about that right now." she tightened her grip on her legs.

He nodded, relieved but out of solutions at the moment. "Come on, let's get into bed."

Nodding she released her hold on her legs and hissed as she tried to stand on them, the blood returning to her limbs. She clung to his arm as she stood and let him escort her to bed.

He pulled down the covers. "Take off your clothes," he said as he unbuttoned his jacket.

Pulling off her jacket and other cloths she dropped her garments on the floor, leaving on her underwear before sliding under the covers.

"Bra, too. And on your stomach, please." Arthur knelt on the bed, rolling up his sleeves.

She looked at him questioningly before rolling onto her stomach and sliding a hand up her back to unhook her bra.

He took the bra and set it on the nightstand before returning his attention back to her. Straddling her thighs, he kneaded her shoulders with his hands, feeling tension there.

She moaned into her pillow; she had completely forgotten he was going to massage her back. As his fingers worked at her shoulders, she let out a squeak from the pain.

"Sorry," he said, easing up a little before moving onto her shoulder blades.

"-t's m'kay." she mumbled into the pillow. Holding the pillow to her chin and chest trying to hold back her tears.

Arthur scooted down so he could work on her lower back and spine. "How does that feel?'

"Goo-" she moaned as he rub a particularly sensitive area of her back.

"Good." He continued with her back before hooking his fingers into the waistband of her panties. "Can I?"

"Mmhmm." She lifted her hips to help him remove the last of her garments.

He pulled her panties down and off, tossing them away. Slowly, he kneaded her ass cheeks. "Good?"

"Mmhmm." she hummed against the pillow that enveloped her face. Feeling herself relaxing, she closed her eyes and focused on the feel of Arthur's hands on her body.

And just as slowly, he slid one of his hands away and ran his fingers lightly down her folds.

Her body vibrated as his fingers brushed passed her most sensitive areas. "Mmm-rthur."

"Is this okay?" He asked as he continued rubbing his fingers against her.

"Because it's you; yes." She was trying to contain her moans.

"Good." He reached over and grabbed a pillow from the head of the bed. "Lift your hips up."
